“Lion Lilies” - This was March’s painting. I started out thinking about St. Patrick’s Day when I was planning this painting. I wanted a lot of green in the painting. I’d never attempted to paint lilies before and had a fresh flower arrangement that included lilies, so I decided to give them a shot, along with some purple roses. It felt like a nod to the holiday without painting shamrocks.
Original acrylic painting on gallery wrapped canvas. Painting measures 8 × 10 inches, with frame 9 × 11 inches. Wired on the back for easy hanging. Perfect addition to any gallery wall or art collection.
The artwork is varnished to protect against UV, dust and scratches. Signed and dated by the artist on the back of the painting.
